By Francis Duru If you believe that a properly DEAD person who has been certified DEAD by a Medical Doctor can wake up from the dead after receiving prayers from a 'man of God', and you ALSO believe that a man blinded by CATARACTS and GLAUCOMA can see after a few minutes of PRAYERS, or that a woman without a WOMB can carry a pregnancy for nine months and have a NORMAL delivery, or you believe that your car with empty fuel tank can run for 100km without gasoline or you believe your empty gas cylinder in your kitchen can sustain your cooking for one week because of the church sticker pasted on it, I have news for you. Chances are that you will ALSO believe the video circulating suggesting that a man had his testicles DISAPPEAR because of a HANDSHAKE!!! Sometimes I wonder if our brain matter is replaced with pap. It's amazing what people BELIEVE!!!!

Igbos, we'll be closer home when mmanwu festivals are not basically held on colonial holidays like Christmas, Easter, New Year, but on Igbo ones like New Yam Festival day, Ilo CHI UKWU bu Mmuo day, Igbu aja (Yom Kippur)day, Igo CHI UKWU bu Mmuo day, etc. I still don't know how I can be thinking that I am an Igbo, when everything I do suggests that I want to be European, Arab, Yoruba.  If your own feasts are not chic, sexy, like the foreign ones you observe, for the failure, look in the mirror.

The Coming Ìgbò Spiritual Revolution Take a look at the topic of this symposium these “learned” discussants are meant to tackle: “Return to Paganism by African Youths: Causes, Consequences and Solution”. The keyword, for me, is “paganism”. During the GENOCIDE of 1967-1970 they worked in the Biafra Fuel Directorate at Mbaise in my Imo State though they are both from Anambra State. Their task was to ensure that Biafra NEVER lacked Petrol and Diesel and whatever they were able to produce was to be well hidden such that the enemy does not identify and bomb the fuel dumps. By Remy Ilona I wish Igbo Sabbatharians (they are moving towards Judaism), would engage more with study of Judaism and Omenana, with the objective of becoming more involved in Igbo nation-building, in a positive way.  Sabbatharians moving towards Judaism and Igbo Jews have the potential to make tremendous & positive changes.  Igboland under Christian watch became a huge mortuary where Igbos are abominably kept for months before interment, & a mausoleum.  If Sabbatharians join hands with Igbo Jews and adherents of Renewed Omenana & Omenana Defenders, since these 3 still do what CHI UKWU said we should do this generation will hand over a reviving Igbo nation to the next generation. Sabbatharians are already accustomed to observing the Law. They only have to study about them from the right sources. I believe religion is supposed to serve humans.

By Remy Ilona Humanity needs a new way of thinking & doing things. My thoughts as I watched humanity completely helpless as disaster unfolds. If so many years after the enlightenment we are lamenting that we weep for the women in ... for the looming brutal deprivation of rights they were granted 20 years ago, are we not supposed to ask- were women supposed to have less rights than men, at any time, in the first place? As far as I know, nature doesn't have a design for women to have less rights than men, and in Omenana my culture and religion, men and women are partners, not competitors. Some say women are protected in Omenana. And I say men are too. Where and how did we get things so wrong? We need to get to the root of things to find better solutions.

THE ONLY TRUE WAY  Maybe ndi Igbo would start listening to us & start the restructuring of Igbo society as Afghanistan has demonstrated that only internal solutions can endure. And what's required of ye Igbos'? If thou wilt in total sincerity abandon thy arrogance, in Abuja, Lagos, UK, US, Canada, Asia, etc, and in total sincerity return to study and practice of authentic Omenana, thou wouldst have done the restructuring that would do ye any good. It'd be wonderful if thou shalt listen to mine voice as I don't asketh thee for thine tithes and offerings and don't threaten thee. If thou returneth to true Omenana thou wouldst be returned to CHI UKWU.
