OF FFK and Precious : Tomfoolery unlimited

While many Igbos continue to FOOL themselves, Femi Fani-Kayode, a thoroughly well educated and intelligent Yoruba man DROPPED them a hint. He told his Igbo wife Precious in a fit of anger:
"You people (Igbo) don't have HIERARCHIES. That is why you are so RUDE"
What was he saying? He has nicely SUMMARIZED the Igbo. He is reminding us that in our communities, there are no KINGS or SUBJECTS, NO big or small man. No prince or princess, no Big man or hoi polloi etc. If you are a Billionaire for whatever reason, you cannot shout down the palm wine tapper in a gathering of the umu nna neither would he QUAKE before you. We practiced real democracy before the Greeks but history books gave the credit to the Greeks.
But many funny Igbos are busy TODAY erecting hierarchies where non EXISTED. They have exported 'eze igbo' as far afield as Japan. From my observation an Igbo man looks RIDICULOUS in the garb of a monarch. The first monarch in my community was Installed by the British in the 1920s BUT I hear my people today make reference to that stool as an 'Ancient Kingdom'. Pray!!! What is ancient about something that began in 1925 or so.
Somebody told me this evening they had an ancient kingdom in his part of Igbo land and I asked him:
Did your King have sovereign powers?
Who were his Queens?
Where was his Palace located and where is the capital of the kingdom?
Who are the Generals of his Army?
Who and who did he conquer and subjugate?
Who Paid TAX or ROYALTIES to him?
Till NOW he gave no answers to any of the questions. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
FFK was telling Igbos indirectly that WE ARE AN EGALITARIAN people. This is the reason King Ahab could NOT collect Naboth's land from him. Ahab was NOT like a Pharaoh:
1 Kings 21:3
"And Naboth said to Ahab: 'The LORD forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto thee.'"

An Igbo person can relate to this statement by Naboth BUT it is a totally absurd statement to FFK.
If it takes a Femi Fani-Kayode to call Igbos back to their senses. SO BE IT.
