Among the Igbos the person circumstances forced to become a refugee became a member of the Igbo priesthood. Yes the Osu became a part of the priests. CHI UKWU and Omenana elevated them by creating a position for them among those who served the community as priests.

The traditional rulers, bishops, priests, pastors, activists pretending to ban Osu must humble themselves and go back to school. They are compounding a problem fostered by forgetfulness and imposition of a foreign religion. Omenana Defenders will accommodate them.

Our culture Omenana was far too advanced to make our women ' housewives', i.e., just ori-aku, that irresponsible men can abuse, and starve of money. If you didn't hear about odozi-aku you heard about 'nwanyi Nnewi', i.e, the bike, that our women used to ride to Nkwo Nnewi, to do their businesses. If ori-aku isn't just a jocular title, it's of foreign origins. I don't know when an Igbo woman willingly chose to be idle. Men, our fathers encouraged our mothers to grow rich. Let's emulate them!
